Spinach Pasta

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 7 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 250 g spaghetti
  • 150 g spinach
  • 1/4 nutmeg (to taste)
  • 25 g butter
  • 100 g parmesan cheese
  • salt & pepper

Recipe

  • 1 boil pasta in a large pot with a bay leaf and couple of drops of olive oil.
  • 2 once boiling, add pasta and cook until al dente.
  • 3 boil in a separate pot the spinach with salt. boil about 7 minute please use fresh spinach or frozen, but not canned.
  • 4 in a fry pan add butter and the spinach that has previously been cooked and patted dry. add the pasta to the fry pan and the nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.
  • 5 toss in parmesan and add a bit more if you like.
