- 14 1/2 ounces tomatoes with jalapenos
- 1 cup rice
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 pour entire can of tomatoes (including liquid) into pan. add water, rice, and salt. bring to a boil. reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 20 minutes.
