Rice Milk Vegan

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 servings long grain enriched rice
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Recipe

  • 1 put rice and raisins with a generous ,2x the normal amount,of water.
  • 2 cook until rice is extremely tender and water is soaked up.
  • 3 put in blender and blend adding enought water so mixture goes to 5 cup.
  • 4 blend on low 2 min the on high 3-4 min.
  • 5 pour into old {and cleaned} jug with lid shake before serving.
