- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 16 ounces canned tomatoes
- 8 cups fresh spinach
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- salt and pepper
- 3 cups cooked rice
Recipe
- 1 in a heated skillet sauté onion and garlic until translusant.
- 2 add ground turkey salt and pepper and cook through.
- 3 add spinach tomatoes ketchup and heat through.
- 4 serve hot over cooked rice.
