- 1/2 cup tahini
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 dash tamari
- salt
- nutritional yeast, to taste
- spaghetti
Recipe
- 1 mince garlic.
- 2 add tahini, garlic, lemon juice and water.
- 3 mix well (in a blender or food processor).
- 4 cook pasta.
- 5 add tahini sauce to pasta and garnish with nutritional yeast.
