Spinach And Cheese Rigatoni

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 cups cooked rigatoni pasta
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/4 cups skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (300 g) package frozen spinach, thawed & drained
  • 1/2 cup grated light cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup lowfat parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 add all ingredients except rigatoni in a saucepan.
  • 2 cook at medium heat until cheddar cheese is melted.
  • 3 pour over pasta and toss to combine.
