Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups whole frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup frozen pineapple tidbits
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 cups rice milk
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon liquid vitamin (optional)
Recipe
- 1 in blender, mix together vitamins and orange juice so that the vitamins will be evenly distributed.
- 2 add frozen fruit, rice milk and water.
- 3 blend together until smooth.
