Strawberry Sunshine Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups whole frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple tidbits
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 1/2 cups rice milk
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vitamin (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 in blender, mix together vitamins and orange juice so that the vitamins will be evenly distributed.
  • 2 add frozen fruit, rice milk and water.
  • 3 blend together until smooth.
