Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 (15 ounce) can black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together ina large skillet.
- 2 bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
