Ingredients

- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 tablespoons port wine
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 lb chicken thigh, boneless, cubed in 1 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped, garnish
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup onion, minced
Recipe
- 1 combine garlic, bay leaf, port wine, olive oil, cider vinegar, paprika, salt and paper in a plastic bag.
- 2 add chicken; marinate chicken overnight.
- 3 sprinkle parsley on a plate.
