Port And Paprika Chicken Bites

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 tablespoons port wine
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 lb chicken thigh, boneless, cubed in 1 inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup parsley, chopped, garnish
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup onion, minced

Recipe

  • 1 combine garlic, bay leaf, port wine, olive oil, cider vinegar, paprika, salt and paper in a plastic bag.
  • 2 add chicken; marinate chicken overnight.
  • 3 sprinkle parsley on a plate.
