Rice Pudding - Sugar Free

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 ounces sugar free vanilla pudding
  • 16 ounces light cottage cheese
  • 2 ounces raisins (2 snack size boxes)
  • cinnamon, to taste
  • 1 dash nutmeg

Recipe

  • 1 make pudding according to directions, besure to add spices before whisking pudding.
  • 2 once the pudding begins to thicken, stir in cottage cheese and raisins.
