Rice Puff Treats

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons smart balance butter spread
- 4 cups miniature marshmallows
- 5 cups puffed rice cereal
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
Recipe
- 1 spray a 9x12 pan with cooking spray.
- 2 melt the better spread in a large saucepan over low heat.
- 3 add marshmallows and stir.
- 4 when marshmallows are almost completely melted, add vanilla.
- 5 stir until completely melted.
- 6 mix in rice puffs. stir until well coated.
- 7 spread the mixture evenly into the pan.
- 8 press the mixture into the pan with a sheet of wax paper. this will flatten them out.
- 9 refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- 10 remove the wax paper, cut with a butter knife.
