Salmon Cucumber Rice

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 1/2 ounces canned salmon
  • 1/2 japanese cucumber
  • minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 9 ounces cooked rice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 drain salmon and flake. chop the cucumber.
  • 2 sauté the salmon, cucumber and ginger briefly in ½ tablespoon of the oil, then remove from the pan.
  • 3 add remaining oil to pan and sauté the rice. return salmon mixture to the pan and season with salt and pepper.
