Salmon Cucumber Rice

Ingredients

- 2 1/2 ounces canned salmon
- 1/2 japanese cucumber
- minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 9 ounces cooked rice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 drain salmon and flake. chop the cucumber.
- 2 sauté the salmon, cucumber and ginger briefly in ½ tablespoon of the oil, then remove from the pan.
- 3 add remaining oil to pan and sauté the rice. return salmon mixture to the pan and season with salt and pepper.
