Simple Breaded Veggies Pasta

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 8 ounces pasta, cooked (as much as you please)
  • 1 cup blanched broccoli or 1 cup green beans
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • minced garlic
  • italian breadcrumbs (enough to coat veggies)

Recipe

  • 1 prepare pasta, set aside.
  • 2 heat oil on a large skillet on med.
  • 3 add garlic to the pan and cook for about a minute.
  • 4 add chosen vegetables.
  • 5 once veggies are heated and coated with oil and garlic take pan of the heat and add bread crumbs.
  • 6 stir to coat veggies.
  • 7 pour this mixture over prepared pasta.
  • 8 sprinkle with parmesan cheese if you want to (i always do).
