Spicy Sesame Noodles

Ingredients

- 2 1/2 tablespoons tamari
- 2 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1 tablespoon hot chinese chili paste
- 1 tablespoon chopped pickled ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 10 ounces curly chinese noodles, cooked, rinsed, and drained
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Recipe
- 1 combine the first ten ingredients. add green onions to the mixture and let stand while the noodles are prepared. to finish, combine noodles, sesame seeds and sauce.
