Super Easy Sweet & Sour Lamb Meatballs

Ingredients
- 550 g ground ham
- 450 g ground lamb (or veal for less fat)
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon dried mustard
Recipe
- 1 mix ham, lamb, bread crumbs, milk, eggs& salt make 24 small meatballs, you can use a small ice cream spoon to make them even place into a baking dish (9"x13") prepare sauce by mixing brown sugar, vinegar, water and dried mustard.
- 2 pour over meatballs.
- 3 bake at 325f, 40 minutes serve over rice.
