Super Easy Sweet & Sour Lamb Meatballs

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 550 g ground ham
  • 450 g ground lamb (or veal for less fat)
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon dried mustard

Recipe

  • 1 mix ham, lamb, bread crumbs, milk, eggs& salt make 24 small meatballs, you can use a small ice cream spoon to make them even place into a baking dish (9"x13") prepare sauce by mixing brown sugar, vinegar, water and dried mustard.
  • 2 pour over meatballs.
  • 3 bake at 325f, 40 minutes serve over rice.
