Spinach Stir Fry With Garlic

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons peanut oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 6 cups fresh spinach, stems removed (about 8 oz)
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium high heat. add garlic and cook 1 minutes. add spinach, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar; stir fry 2 minutes until spinach begins to wilt.
- 2 sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
