Sour Cream And Onion Mashed Potatoes Or Stuffed

Ingredients

  • 4 -5 lbs russet potatoes (10 potatoes peeled and quartered, or scrubbed and left whole)
  • 1 cup milk, warmed
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1 (7/8 ounce) envelope lipton onion soup mix
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 boil potatoes in salted water till tender.
  • 2 rice potatoes.
