Sour Cream Chicken

Ingredients

- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 6 slices bacon, raw
- 1 (2 1/4 ounce) jar sliced dried beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounces sour cream
- garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 line an 8" square pan with dried beef that has been rinsed and squeezed dry.
- 2 wrap one bacon strip around each chicken breast.
- 3 place chicken breasts in pan on dried beef.
- 4 in a bowl, mix the mushroom soup and sour cream.
- 5 pour mixture over chicken breasts.
- 6 sprinkle lightly with garlic powder.
- 7 bake at 250f for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until chicken is tender.
- 8 serve with rice, using pan juices as a gravy.
- 9 *adjustratio of soup to sour cream to your individual taste.
