- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon butter
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375f.
- 2 combine all ingredients in casserole dish.
- 3 cover and bake one hour.
- 4 note: add soya sauce to rice for flavour if desired.
