Sudani Rice

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 cups rice
  • 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric, or
  • 1 teaspoon coriander, or
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom
  • 3 cups chicken stock

Recipe

  • 1 in pot, fry rice in butter / oil for 1 - 2 minutes.
  • 2 pour stock into pot, covering rice. add salt and turmeric or coriander or cardamom.
  • 3 cover and cook until water evaporated.
