- 3 cups rice
- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon turmeric, or
- 1 teaspoon coriander, or
- 1 teaspoon cardamom
- 3 cups chicken stock
Recipe
- 1 in pot, fry rice in butter / oil for 1 - 2 minutes.
- 2 pour stock into pot, covering rice. add salt and turmeric or coriander or cardamom.
- 3 cover and cook until water evaporated.
