Ingredients

- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 300 ml mushroom pieces, chopped
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Recipe
- 1 saute onions, garlic, and mushrooms in a pan with the tbs of olive oil.
- 2 add chicken stock to saluted onions, garlic and, mushrooms and reduce by half.
- 3 add cooked rice, mix, and serve hot.
