Rice Pilaf

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 300 ml mushroom pieces, chopped
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
  • chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 saute onions, garlic, and mushrooms in a pan with the tbs of olive oil.
  • 2 add chicken stock to saluted onions, garlic and, mushrooms and reduce by half.
  • 3 add cooked rice, mix, and serve hot.
