Scallop And Mixed Vegetable Sitr-fry

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons minced ginger
  • 1 lb scallops
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 6 ounces rice noodles

Recipe

  • 1 chopped all vegetable and set aside.
  • 2 add the minced ginger, garlic, and oil to sauce pan on medium high and stir till fragrant.
  • 3 add scallops and cook for a minute.
  • 4 then add the mixed vegetables and cook for another minute or so.
  • 5 add the broth, soy sauce, and cook till almost a simmer.
  • 6 turn the heat to low and add the onions and the noodles to the dish.
  • 7 wait till it cools, the dish will thicken on it's on and divided into severing.
