Rice With Pine Nuts

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 4 cups rice, cooked in chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon mint
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in a saucepan.
  • 2 add onion and sauté until translucent.
  • 3 add cooked rice, pine nuts, lemon juice, dill, mint, salt, and pepper.
