Super Lite Creamy Avocado Pasta

Total Time: 7 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon light philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup nonfat milk
  • 2 -3 teaspoons flour
  • 1/4 medium avocado
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 125 g pasta

Recipe

  • 1 combine cream cheese, milk and avocado (mashed) in a saucepan over low to medium heat.
  • 2 add salt and pepper to taste (additional spices and even ham can work well too).
  • 3 slowly stir in flour 1tsp at a time until the sauce thickens.
  • 4 pour over cooked pasta
  • 5 enjoy! :d.
