Super Lite Creamy Avocado Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon light philadelphia cream cheese
- 1/4 cup nonfat milk
- 2 -3 teaspoons flour
- 1/4 medium avocado
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 125 g pasta
Recipe
- 1 combine cream cheese, milk and avocado (mashed) in a saucepan over low to medium heat.
- 2 add salt and pepper to taste (additional spices and even ham can work well too).
- 3 slowly stir in flour 1tsp at a time until the sauce thickens.
- 4 pour over cooked pasta
- 5 enjoy! :d.
