Super Rainbow Smoothie

Total Time: 6 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 min

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 6 fresh strawberries, stemmed
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 banana, frozen is best
  • 1/2 teaspoon spirulina
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds, ground
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed oil
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder (i use rice protein)
  • 6 ice cubes

Recipe

  • 1 place ingredients in the blender pitcher and puree to desired consistency. drink up!
