Ingredients

- 6 fresh strawberries, stemmed
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 banana, frozen is best
- 1/2 teaspoon spirulina
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds, ground
- 1 tablespoon flax seed oil
- 1 tablespoon protein powder (i use rice protein)
- 6 ice cubes
Recipe
- 1 place ingredients in the blender pitcher and puree to desired consistency. drink up!
