Ingredients

- 1 cup rice
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
- 1 tablespoon rose water
- 1/4 pistachios
Recipe
- 1 place the rice in a saucepan and cover with water. simmer for 20 min and then add the milk and mix until the mixtre starts to thicken.
- 2 stir in orange blossom and water.
- 3 when rice is cooked add rose water.
- 4 pour mixturebinto individual serving bowls then rfrigerate for 2 hours.
- 5 garnish with pistachio.
