Spinach Casserole

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 16 ounces frozen spinach
• 8 ounces cream of mushroom soup
• 2 cups mild cheddar cheese
• 1 cup minute rice
• 1/4 cup butter

Recipe

• 1 cook frozen spinach in a pot of water until it starts to boil.
• 2 drain spinach and put in a round casserole dish.
• 3 add the other ingredients and mix well.
• 4 bake in the oven on 350 until the cheese is bubbling. enjoy.
