Strawberry Ricecake Dessert

Ingredients

• 8 ounces cream cheese (soften at room temperature)
• 7 ounces marshmallow creme
• 12 ounces cool whip
• fresh strawberries
• rice cake

Recipe

• 1 in a large bowl mix cream cheese with marshmallow creme. mix well then add your cool whip and mix well just a few spins with hand mixture then with spatula continue to fold in well.
• 2 take a rice cake, spread approx 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture on top and then top that off with sliced fresh strawberries.
• 3 enjoy!
