- 4 raw bananas
- 2 teaspoons khatai (or 1 mango pickle)
- 2 tablespoons mustard oil
- salt
- 8 dried garlic
- 2 green chilies, chopped
Recipe
- 1 boil the raw banana.
- 2 take the peel off.
- 3 store the fruit for kofta.
- 4 grind the banana peel along with garlic flakes and khataai or mango pickle.
- 5 mix mustard oil, green chilly and salt.
- 6 serve with rice-daal (along with kele ka kofta as well).
