Raw Banana Peel Chatni

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 4 raw bananas
  • 2 teaspoons khatai (or 1 mango pickle)
  • 2 tablespoons mustard oil
  • salt
  • 8 dried garlic
  • 2 green chilies, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 boil the raw banana.
  • 2 take the peel off.
  • 3 store the fruit for kofta.
  • 4 grind the banana peel along with garlic flakes and khataai or mango pickle.
  • 5 mix mustard oil, green chilly and salt.
  • 6 serve with rice-daal (along with kele ka kofta as well).
