- green bell pepper, seeds removed and diced
- onion, diced
- 1/2 cup minute rice
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (14 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato soup
- oil
Recipe
- 1 cook onion and bell pepper in oil until tender. add ground beef and cook until no longer pink; drain. add rice, cream corn and tomato soup. mix thoroughly. simmer for 5 minutes to heat through.
