Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients

- 4 bell peppers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (14 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Recipe
- 1 cut tops off of peppers. remove seeds. boil until they just begin to soften. drain.
- 2 while peppers are cooking brown ground beef with onions in skillet. drain.
- 3 add cooked rice and 3/4 can of tomato sauce. mix well.
- 4 stuff peppers with beef and rice mixture. place in square baking dish. cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- 5 remove foil and top with cheese. bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
