Spinach Lasagne From Canned Spinach

Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles, pre cooked
- 2 (14 ounce) cans spinach, drained
- 1 1/8 teaspoons nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese, low fat
- 1 egg, beaten
- 5 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, low fat
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
Recipe
- 1 precook noodles according to their instructions on box.
- 2 preheat oven to 350.
- 3 place spinach on paper towels and squeeze till barely moist.
- 4 sprinkle nutmeg over spinach.
- 5 in another container, combine cottage cheese,egg and 3 tbsp of parmesan cheese.
- 6 spray an 8x12x2 in baking dish with pam.
- 7 lay 3 cooked noodles on bottom.
- 8 spoon 1/2 spaghetti sauce, 1/2 cottage cheese mixture and 1/2 spinach.
- 9 repeat another layer.
- 10 top with 3 noodles.
- 11 cover with foil.
- 12 bake 40 minutes.
- 13 uncover and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- 14 bake an additional 5 min uncovered.
- 15 lest rest 15 minute.
