Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 cups long-grain rice, uncooked
  • 3 cups water

Recipe

  • 1 put rice and water in a deep saucepan. do not cover. bring water to a boil over high heat. turn down to medium heat and cook rice for 10 minutes. cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until all water has been absorbed.
