Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes
- 1/2 cup kalamata olive, pitted and chopped
- 4 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 8 ounces penne
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in a big pan.
- 2 add onion on medium for 3 minutes.
- 3 add tomatoes.
- 4 bring to a boil and let simmer.
- 5 cover up for 20 minutes.
- 6 add olives, spinach and parsley.
