Spinach And Rice Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 2 cups bean sprouts
  • 1 cup mushroom, chopped
  • 1 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup soya sauce
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Recipe

  • 1 mix dressing ingredients in a bowl.
  • 2 place salad ingredients into a big bowl and then place dressing over top of the salad and toss.
