- 2 cups cooked rice
- 3 cups spinach
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 1 cup mushroom, chopped
- 1 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup soya sauce
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Recipe
- 1 mix dressing ingredients in a bowl.
- 2 place salad ingredients into a big bowl and then place dressing over top of the salad and toss.
