- 2 cups uncooked rice, cooked
- 1 package fresh spinach
- 1 bunch green onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, sliced
- 1 cup italian dressing
- 6 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 lb bacon
Recipe
- 1 mix cooked rice with next 6 ingredients.
- 2 toss lightly.
- 3 brown bacon and put in with salad just before serving.
