- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 cups cooked spanish rice
- 2 cups green peppers
- 2 cups water
Recipe
- 1 cook ground beef and drain.
- 2 chop green peppers into bite size pieces.
- 3 combine all ingredients into a large pan and simmer for at least 1 hour.
