Squirrel Mulligan

Total Time: 2 hrs 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 squirrels
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 4 tablespoons chili powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 dash louisiana hot sauce
  • 1 cup cooked rice

Recipe

  • 1 stew squirrels and reserve broth.
  • 2 remove meat from bones and put back into broth.
  • 3 bring to a boil and add all ingredients except rice.
  • 4 turn down heat and simmer about 45 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  • 5 add cooked rice.
  • 6 serve hot.
