Ingredients
- 250 g butter
- 1/3 cup caster sugar
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 2 1/4 cups plain flour
Recipe
- 1 have butter at room temperature.
- 2 cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy/creamy.
- 3 stir insifted flours in two batches.
- 4 turn on ligtly floured surface. knead lightly until smooth.
- 5 roll into ballsplace on greased trays and bake in a slow oven for 20-30 minutes.
