Quick Radish Pickles

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups radishes, sliced thinly
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 place radishes in a glass container.
  • 2 combine vinegar, sugar and salt in a small saucepan.
  • 3 heat until sugar dissolves.
  • 4 pour the mixture over the radishes and cool at least 30 minutes before serving.
