Ingredients
- 2 cups radishes, sliced thinly
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 place radishes in a glass container.
- 2 combine vinegar, sugar and salt in a small saucepan.
- 3 heat until sugar dissolves.
- 4 pour the mixture over the radishes and cool at least 30 minutes before serving.
