- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups chunky salsa
- 2 cups uncooked instant rice
- 1 -1 1/2 cup shredded colby-monterey jack cheese
Recipe
- 1 in a saucepan, bring water and salsa to a boil.
- 2 stir in rice.
- 3 remove from the heat; cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
- 4 stir in cheese; cover and let stand for 30 seconds or until cheese is melted.
