Spaghetti Sauce

Total Time: 2 hrs 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 dash basil
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can tomatoes
  • 1 (10 ounce) can rotel
  • 1/4 cup wine (optional)
  • 1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti

Recipe

  • 1 brown ground beef and onion in dutch oven or large skillet add all other ingredients except spaghetti.
  • 2 simmer covered 1 hour then uncovered for one and a half hours.
  • 3 serve over cooked spaghetti.
