Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 dash basil
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can tomatoes
- 1 (10 ounce) can rotel
- 1/4 cup wine (optional)
- 1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti
Recipe
- 1 brown ground beef and onion in dutch oven or large skillet add all other ingredients except spaghetti.
- 2 simmer covered 1 hour then uncovered for one and a half hours.
- 3 serve over cooked spaghetti.
