Spaghetti Rolls

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups spaghetti sauce, divided
  • 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese or 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) package manicotti, cooked and drained

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 grease 13x9" baking dish.
  • 3 cook beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until browned, then drain.
  • 4 stir in onion powder, salt, pepper, and 1 cup spaghetti sauce. cool and set aside.
  • 5 reserve 1/2 cup ground beef mixture.
  • 6 combine remaining beef mixture with cheese in large bowl.
  • 7 fill shells gently with cheesy beef mixture using spoon.
  • 8 arrange shells in prepared pan. combine remaining 1 cup spaghetti sauce with reserved 1/2 cup beef mixture in small bowl and blend well.
  • 9 pour this over shells in pan.
  • 10 cover with foil.
  • 11 bake 20-30 minutes or until hot.
  • 12 garnish as desired.
