Ingredients

- 1/2 cup semolina
- 3 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- salt, to taste
Recipe
- 1 in a small saucepan, bring milk to boil. stir semolina in gradually.
- 2 add butter, sugar and salt.
- 3 bring to a boil once again, reduce heat and simmer on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
- 4 serve with jam, honey or fruits.
