Semolina Kasha

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 cup semolina
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • salt, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 in a small saucepan, bring milk to boil. stir semolina in gradually.
  • 2 add butter, sugar and salt.
  • 3 bring to a boil once again, reduce heat and simmer on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • 4 serve with jam, honey or fruits.
