Sour Cream Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 boneless lamb chops
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
- 2 add lamb chops and cook for 2 minutes per side until browned.
- 3 in a small bowl combine broth, parsley, mustard, salt, and pepper.
