Spicy Chicken Stir Fry

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breasts, skinless, cut into 2 inch wide strips

Recipe

  • 1 in small bowl mix together ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes. add soy sauce and vinegar; set aside.
  • 2 heat wok over very high heat for 20 seconds. drizzle oil around sides and heat until oil is almost smoking.
  • 3 add chicken to wok; stir fry 2 to 3 minutes. add soy sauce mixture and continue to stir 1 to 2 minutes.
  • 4 remove wok from heat. serve stir fry over hot cooked rice.
