Santa Fe Rice

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups minute rice, uncooked
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup salsa

Recipe

  • 1 cook rice as directed on package add beans and salsa; mix well reduce heat to low cook 5 minutes or untill heated through, stirring occasionally.
