- 3 large potatoes, sliced
- 3 tablespoons rice
- 1 large onion
- 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
- 2 lbs ground beef, shaped into balls
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups tomatoes (chopped or canned)
Recipe
- 1 grease 12x12 (or 9x13) baking dish.
- 2 place uncooked ingredients in dish in order given.
- 3 bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
