Spaghetti Meat Sauce

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1/2 cup diced onion
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1 lb hamburger meat
• 1 tablespoon dried basil
• 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
• 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes with basil oregano and garlic
• 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Recipe

• 1 in a large 4 quart sauce pan heat the oil and saute the onion and garlic over med-low heat for about 5 minutes or until onions are translucent.
• 2 add beef and continue to cook for about 5-10 minutes. drain the grease.
• 3 add remaining ingredients and blend well together.
• 4 cover the pan, reduce heat and cook on low for 1 hour.
