Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked long-grain rice
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
- ground cinnamon, for garnish
Recipe
- 1 combine ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- 2 bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 10-15 minutes until thick and creamy. be careful not to let it scorch.
- 3 remove cinnamon stick before refrigerating.
- 4 serve cold, with a pinch of cinnamon on top.
